   We provide portrait photography services and archival-quality printed photographs. Digital images are only sold to individuals featured in the photos or those who commissioned the session.

   All images and content on this website are the property of McCrystal Image Photography LLC and are protected by copyright. Clients do not receive reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Image Usage Rights
   Images created by McCrystal Image Photography LLC may be used by the business for portfolio display, promotional materials, advertising (including social media and printed marketing), and samples, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients may request in writing that their images be excluded from public use.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
   We are committed to creating the very best possible portraits for each client. Our process is collaborative, and we actively seek client input throughout to ensure a successful session. While no specific purchase is required, session fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Requests for retake sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Use of Website
   You agree not to misuse the website or its content. Unauthorized use or distribution of images is strictly prohibited.
6. Contact & Appointments
   Users may submit contact or appointment requests through the site. Submission of a request does not guarantee a session or service.
7. Modifications
